An experienced PGT inspector travels to the location of the goods – warehouse, port, plantation, or production facility.
Hygienic preparation
Protective clothing, disinfection, disposable gloves, mask, hairnet, and protective gown, as well as certified equipment, ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Take sample
Hygienic collection of random individual samples from different packaging units – objective, traceable, and documented.
Prepare and split sample
Preparation of a total sample and division into three parts: for you, your supplier, and the laboratory.
Seal and
label
The samples are weighed, securely sealed, and clearly labeled – tamper-proof documentation.
Initiate express shipping
Shipping the sample on the same day via DHL Express – fast, international, and traceable with tracking.
Create and document report
On the following day, you receive a comprehensive report with detailed photo documentation – clear, complete, and trustworthy.
