HOW A LOADING INSPECTION WORKS WITH PGT CONTROL
Travel
to site
An experienced PGT inspector travels to the loading site – usually a warehouse, production facility, or port.
Check the goods
Before loading begins, all goods are inspected for integrity and consistency with the previously approved sample.
Inspect the container
The empty container is checked for cleanliness, integrity, and suitability – all thoroughly documented.
Monitor the loading process
Every row of goods loaded into the container is inspected and fully documented – step by step.
Seal and apply seal
Once the container is fully loaded, it is sealed with a clearly traceable seal.
Return
The inspector leaves the site and transmits the collected information for report preparation.
Prepare and document report
On the next working day you will receive a complete report with detailed photo documentation – transparent, traceable, and reliable.
